Refund Policy
Jr. Warrior PARTICIPANTS:
By committing to participate in the Jr. Warrior PROGRAM, we understand that:
All team fees must be paid in full or according to the payment schedule set by the Jr. Warrior Basketball Program. I am responsible for all fees by said due dates, regardless of how much my athlete attends or if my athlete quits playing mid-season.
Any default payment may result in my athlete being dismissed from the team until my account is brought current.
Any delinquent fees will result in a player losing playing time.
Fall/Winter team placements will be posted in October. Athletes WILL NOT automatically be placed on the same level team as this current year, as players will develop differently over the summer.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO TEAM PLACEMENT OR OPTING OUT OF BASKETBALL.
WE CANNOT REFUND FOR UNIFORMS IN ANY CASE. THESE ARE CUSTOM.
All payments are non-refundable, unless extreme circumstances occur, which include a catastrophic injury or moving over 75 miles away. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, and if approved, will be given in the form of account credit at Jr. Warrior Basketball Program.
In the case of a team needing to be disbanded for lack of players or coaches stepping away from coaching, families will be refunded a maximum of 90% of their dues. 75% of the Administrative fees will not be refunded.
In the case of a government shutdown, Jr. Warrior Basketball Program will do its best to make up all missed game time and practice hours through an extended season whenever possible. No cash refunds will be given.
Verbally abusive, rude, or disrespectful behavior toward players, coaches, officials, fans, or Jr. Warrior staff may result in athlete removal from the team, with no opportunity for refund.
It is expected that all Jr. Warrior players and families represent Jr. Warrior in a positive, respectful manner at all team events and competitions attended.
